Pharma Relief Partners cannot guarantee that members will be accepted into any pharmaceutical discount program or grant program. Acceptance into these programs is determined solely by the individual programs and their respective guidelines. Pharma Relief Partners does not make eligibility decisions.

Our role is limited to assisting with the application process, performing follow-ups, and maintaining membership in the respective programs. We do not represent any pharmaceutical manufacturer, grant foundation, pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), or government agency.

However, we do guarantee that if we cannot save you at least $47 a month on your medication costs, we will refund your money.

Pharma Relief Partners Monthly is a non-insurance service program offered by Turning 65 Solutions Tax and Insurance LLC. Please carefully read the following information regarding the nature of this program:

Non-Insurance Service

The Pharma Relief Partners Monthly program is not an insurance product.

The fee you pay is for assistance with: Identifying pharmaceutical savings opportunities. Completing applications for non-insurance savings programs. Following up on applications. Ongoing maintenance of membership in these non-insurance pharmaceutical savings avenues.

Compliance with Federal Regulations

Licensed insurance agents are prohibited by federal regulations from charging a fee in exchange for enrolling a beneficiary in a regulated Medicare health or drug plan. If, during our review of your prescription costs, we find that you can save a significant amount of money simply by changing your Medicare plan, we will provide a recommendation for a plan that may better suit your needs. You may enroll in the recommended plan independently through the insurance carrier or Medicare.gov. You may choose to take the recommendation to your current insurance agent.

Alternatively, if you prefer, one of our licensed insurance agents can assist you with the enrollment process. If one of our agents completes the enrollment, the agent will be compensated by the insurance company for the enrollment.

Program Fee Refund Policy

If changing your Medicare plan alone is sufficient to bring your prescription costs to an affordable level, we will refund your program fee in compliance with federal insurance regulations.

Continuation of Services

If, after changing your Medicare plan, your prescription costs remain unaffordable, you may choose to remain in the Pharma Relief Partners Monthly program. By continuing to pay the $47 monthly fee, we will persist in our efforts to identify and maintain non-insurance solutions for reducing your prescription costs.

By participating in the Pharma Relief Partners Monthly program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
